At Esk Moors Caring, we continually evaluate our services based on our feedback, helping us shape the future to serve our community better. Although the population within our geographical area has remained stable over the past 20 years, most residents are now between the ages of 27 and 50. While we remain committed to our original mission of supporting those over 50, we are also expanding our services to engage and benefit everyone in the community.

We’re pleased to provide:

Personal Care: We assist with getting up in the morning and support with washing, showering, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.

After-Hospital Care: We offer post-hospital care to support your recovery at home, ensuring you have the assistance needed for a safe and comfortable transition.

Respite Care: Respite care gives family carers a well-deserved break, ensuring your loved one receives compassionate and reliable support in their absence.

Palliative Care: Care with compassion and respect, focusing on comfort, dignity, and support during challenging times.
